SMS Alerts Have Been Deprecated

As of March 2026, SMS alerts are no longer available. You cannot create new SMS contacts or purchase SMS credit packages.

If you have existing SMS contacts with remaining credits, they will continue to send notifications until credits are exhausted.

We recommend switching to one of the following notification methods:

• Email Notifications
• Webhooks
• Slack
• Discord
• PagerDuty
